Shipping

Orders are processed, packed and shipped Monday to Friday.
Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery but may be longer in some circumstances out of our control (bad weather, blocked roads, busy periods, etc) as we are rural.

Change of mind, Refund and cancellation policy

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority!
Had a change of mind? No worries! We can accommodate for that. Please let us know so we can assist you as best as we can. We do not refund postage for change of mind, nor cover return postage.
Any item damaged or not as advertised, we are absolutely happy to resolve any issue you may have.
Refund/replacement request should be made within 30 days of the order being placed. Please use the link below with your order number, pictures and issue:

PLEASE NOTE:
For cancellations and change of mind where we are not at fault, there will be a 3% fee to cover the nonrefundable bank charge, this does not apply where we are at fault.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund on opened trading cards due to the nature of these types of products.

Pre-order policy

Pre-orders will ship at date of release mentioned on the product.
If you would like to purchase in-stock products with a preorder, please be aware that the in-stock product will be held until future release product is also in stock.
If you require a product now, please order separately.

PLEASE NOTE:
If you have ordered together and would like the 1st item shipped now, please email us and we can adjust this, shipping will need to be covered.
